Are the drones brand new or used?
We supply both brand-new and pre-owned DJI agricultural & industrial drones. The product condition is clearly stated on each product page.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept single-unit orders with no strict MOQ. Prices vary based on order quantity.
What payment terms do you accept?
We only accept T/T (bank transfer). A formal PI will be issued to you prior to payment.
How can I confirm the product condition before shipment?
You may choose on-site inspection or live video verification. We will also provide the drone serial number for your check.
What export documents can you provide for customs clearance?
We can supply commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
How long is your delivery lead time?
For in-stock goods, shipment will be arranged within 3–7 working days after receiving your deposit. The exact lead time depends on order details and workload.
Can I buy spare parts separately after purchasing the drone?
Yes. We provide a full range of genuine spare parts for DJI agricultural and industrial drones at any time.
